Roberto Serrano, Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure development, Roberto leads Eneus Energy’s commercial and investment strategy. He has overseen large-scale projects across multiple continents, spanning conventional and renewable power, and has played key roles in energy transition initiatives including low-carbon hydrogen, LNG, and utility-scale infrastructure delivery.

Dominic Serpe, SVP Energy Sales & Supply
With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Dominic brings deep commercial and power-market expertise to Eneus Energy’s data center developments. His background includes leadership roles with E.ON and Enel, where he managed utility-scale energy projects and negotiated large-capacity supply agreements for industrial and corporate clients.

With 34 years of power-engineering and construction experience, John leads Eneus Energy’s project delivery and technical execution. His background includes major infrastructure projects in power, water, and environmental systems, and prior leadership positions with Black & Veatch and AECOM.
